101. How Hard Is It to Play Dead?
A person is dead. Obviously, it means he cannot either move or breathe because he's supposed to be uh...you get the point. Yet his belly can be seen moving up and down. Sometimes, there is a facial movement. If the eyes are open, you can see something going on there...some kind of twitching. In a film that I saw, a man fell down dead and stayed that way for 30 seconds yet decided to move his hand because he didn't feel comfortable anymore. Therefore, I'm a firm believer that a thespian is bad at acting if s/he can't play dead properly.
