Opinion:

Confirmed: Was born in Hong Kong. Started training in martial arts at age 4. Enrolled in the China Drama Academy (CDA) and performed nonstop physical activity eighteen hours a day, starting at 5 AM, which lasted for ten years. Had no formal schooling to learn how to write, read, or perform math.

Was 18 when he appeared in Enter the Dragon after being noticed by Bruce Lee in Fist of Fury a couple of years earlier. After Bruce Lee died, Jackie Chan became his heir apparent although there were many knockoffs. Had his first starring role in 1976 by appearing in New Fist of Fury. However, he prefered to have his own style, refusing to emulate anything Bruce Lee did.

Became addicted to fame and turned to alcohol at age 20. Achieved breakthrough in Drunken Master. Was called by Hollywood for The Big Brawl (aka Battle Creek Brawl), and once was there, couldn't master English or be treated with respect, so went back to Hong Kong and a string of hits. Performed a very dangerous bicycle stunt and twisted his neck in Project A.
